Hi. I’m Jim. I’ve been a Colorado resident since 1998 (originally from upstate NY). I got into the asbestos business back in 2008 while working on a multi-year FEMA project in Cedar Rapids after the Iowa Flood of 2008. I started this small, local, army of one business in 2012.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my longtime girlfriend, Emily, playing guitar, spending time outdoors or at concerts with friends and getting quality time in with my 20lb rag-doll cat, Oscar.
